7.    Your property will be distinguished as a “showcase property”, showing it to potential buyers nearly 300 more times than the basic listing on
Realtor.com, the
nation’s largest display of properties nationwide.

8.    Coldwell Banker guarantees placement for all Previews® properties* in the “featured homes section” on Realtor.com for zip codes 93101, 93110, 93111, 93103 or 93105. “Featured homes” are displayed at the top of the search page where potential buyers will see your listing first.

9.   Your Previews® property* will also be listed as a “Featured Property” on CaliforniaMoves.com for a minimum of two weeks where the average listing will see an increased viewing count of 700 or more hits.  Californiamoves.com is Coldwell Banker’s local website featuring properties listed on 20 Multiple Listing Services in Northern and Southern California .

My email is checked by myself as well as three full time assistants throughout the day so I may provide you with a quick response time. I use Eudora emailing system as it cuts down chances for viruses. I house my own server, which offers spam and virus filtering capabilities. This system cuts down spam and almost eliminates viruses by blocking attachments for known viruses, allowing us to focus on our clients’ needs. For your convenience, we also have control of and no limitations on the size of attachments we receive.
