Keith C. Berry has served the real estate industry in Santa Barbara for 40 years and holds four professional designations: (GRI) Graduate Realtors Institute, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (CRB) Certified Real Estate Broker Manager and (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative. Keith is also a Previews Estates Director and Architectural Properties Division Specialist.

Becky Baker is a licensed assistant. Ms. Baker is a San Marcos High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Westmont College in 1983. She then received a teaching credential from UCSB in 1991. Becky is a former junior high school teacher for 13 years and taught mathematics. Becky originally received her real estate license in 1986, is a member of the NAR and obtained her broker’s license and notary public commission in 2004. Ms. Baker works as Keith’s escrow manager, sales assistant and client coordinator.

Heather Porter, a 1998 University of California at Santa Barbara graduate is Keith's Director of Marketing and coordinates all advertising, manages all websites and oversees marketing.

Together, Keith and his staff are executing a full marketing plan on each property he represents. Berry ´s client-centric philosophy is a service-oriented attitude that places his clients´ convenience and confidentiality at the top. Keith C.
